We Save Lives
We save animals in need and help them find their “furever” homes. With the help of our fosters, we take in hurt, abused, malnourished, and unwanted animals, make sure that they get the treatment that they need, and match them with loving homes. Veterinary costs are expensive, and most of the animals we care for require treatment. Our animals depend on donations from caring people.
Through our Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program, we help to reduce the number of homeless felines in the Northeastern Pennsylvania area. TNR involves setting up humane traps near colonies of cats, taking the cats to be spayed/neutered, and then returning them back to their colonies altered. All cats that undergo TNR are ear tipped to indicate that they have been spayed/neutered. All cats also receive rabies vaccinations as part of this program.
